Refund Policy

All bookings made with Akebono Tokyo Drive are subject to the following refund policy:


Cancellations
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the tour date are non-refundable.


Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the tour date are considered last-minute bookings and are non-refundable from the time of confirmation.


No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, same-day cancellations, or failure to attend the tour for any reason.


Eligibility to Participate
Refunds will not be provided if a customer is unable to participate due to failure to meet requirements, including but not limited to valid driving documentation or sufficient driving ability.


Changes to Experience
Tour routes, vehicles, and experience details may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, or operational factors. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.


After Tour Start
No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced.


Operator Cancellation
In the event that Akebono Tokyo Drive cancels a tour prior to its start, customers may be offered a rescheduled tour or a refund at the company’s discretion.


Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.


Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of Akebono Tokyo Drive.


Agreement
By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy as part of the payment agreement.
